Here we have a new contract in Clandon

it is to remove a double garage and porch full footings to include underpinning the existing 200 year old house , which in those days were built on soil in the following pictures you will see the team , undermining the existing house in sections and pouring pod foundations with re bar conectors ready to take the next pod poured, this can be a very tricky operation ,

in the winter months we like to get on  , we have found the extra cost for a table top scaffold pay's dividens , it lets all the trades get on no matter what,

making way for a STUV21 LOG BURNER ( in the dry)
