lilley construction specializes in domestic extensions and new builds. we offer a service in that we are able to cover all aspects of the client’s building project. Our dedicated team can look after every stage of a project if required. From the initial planning and architectural stage, through to the main build and then to providing beautiful finishing touches including decoration and garden landscaping at the end.

Our experienced and professional teams include bricklayers, carpenters, plumbers, plasterers and roofers who work to a high standard at all times to ensure that our clients are always satisfied. Proof of this is that much of our business comes directly through recommendations from past clients.

We have expertise in the full range of specialist trades required to carry out projects of all types and sizes including Extensions, New Build, Design & Build and landscaping works. All of our employees pride themselves in being honest, reliable and hardworking.

Excellent customer service is vital to us, so we consult with the client throughout the project to ensure they are delighted with the way things are progressing.

We always offer a free initial consultation service where we visit the client in person to discuss ideas and offer advice. During the course of the project there will be courtesy phone calls or visits from the management team and a finished project review will take place once the work is completed.

Our team is structured so that each project has its own dedicated ‘Site foreman’ who liaises with the client on a day to day basis. This ensures that any issues or queries can be dealt with quickly and so the building works can progress smoothly.
